Grace Collective Coaching / Spiritual Advising is a non-clinical service and is separate and distinct from Grace Collective Therapy Services.

Grace is not acting in the capacity of a licensed professional counselor while providing life coaching or spiritual advising services. These services do not constitute mental health counseling, psychotherapy, mental health diagnosis, assessment, or treatment.

Coaching and spiritual advising do not create a therapist-client relationship or imply the legal, professional, ethical, confidentiality, or privilege protections that may apply to a clinical therapist-client relationship. These services are not a substitute for mental health, medical, or psychiatric care, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

By purchasing or participating in coaching or spiritual advising services, you acknowledge that these are non-clinical services focused on personal growth, life goals, spirituality, meaning, purpose, and personal development.

If concerns arise that are outside the appropriate scope of coaching or spiritual advising, Grace may recommend that you seek services from a licensed mental health professional, medical provider, or other appropriately qualified professional.

Coaching and spiritual advising are not emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, are in immediate danger, or believe you may harm yourself or someone else, call 911, go to the nearest emergency department, or contact an appropriate crisis service.

You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, actions, and outcomes. Any guidance, suggestions, exercises, or information provided through coaching or spiritual advising are intended for your consideration, and you are responsible for deciding whether and how to apply them to your individual circumstances.
